The conveyor belt cleaner is an efficient, effective and cost saving way to solve your conveyor belt cleanup and safety issues. The BearWhip 2000 successfully cleans belts handling coal, ores, stone, aggregate, sulphur, phosphate, sand, limestone, cement, sewage sludge, diatomaceous earth, bauxite, bagasse and wood chips. It is also used in food, pharmaceutical and tobacco industries.

Self tensioning and self adjusting stainless steel strands support long lasting tungsten carbide cleaning plates which clean the entire return side of the conveyor belt regardless of the head pulley’s crown or your belt’s shape. BearWhip 2000 works equally well on both mechanically spliced and vulcanized belts. Replacing cleaning strands is a snap. The cleaning strands snap easily into place manually. No tools needed.
On average, the long lasting cleaning plates will last six months, depending on the abrasiveness of the material being cleaned. When the first side wears down, simply rotate the cleaning plates 180 degrees and a new cleaning surface is ready to save you more money.
