Elburn, IL -- The Horizon Interactive Awards, a leading international interactive media awards competition, announced the 2006 award winners. The fifth annual international competition recognized excellence in interactive media production among multi-media developers worldwide.
Monitor Technologies was recognized for their excellence in interactive media production with a Bronze award for the business-to-business, CD-Rom, CD-Catalog.

The 2006 competition was the largest and most competitive to date, nearly double the size of the previous year. Hundreds of entries were received from 17 countries including Australia, Canada, Croatia, France, Germany, Hong Kong, Italy, Malaysia, Indonesia, Netherlands, New Zealand, Portugal, Singapore, South Africa, United Kingdom and nearly all 50 of the US States. A panel of judges, consisting of various industry professionals with diverse backgrounds evaluated a total of 13 categories including the CD-Rom category.
