Neponset, IL -- To provide final cleaning of conveyor belts carrying coal and other bulk materials, Martin Engineering offers the Martin Orion Belt Cleaning Systems® H2O-4000 Water Cleaner.
Installed as a tertiary cleaning system along the belt return, the H2O-4000 Water Cleaner removes the material that has slipped past the upstream cleaning systems. The soft urethane blade of the H2O-4000 Water Cleaner will squeegee fines, slime, and water off the belt surface.
The H2O-4000 Water Cleaner has proven successful in challenging applications including underground coal mining and in the handling of FGD sludge in power plants.
Designed as part of Martin Orion Belt Cleaning Systems, the H2O-4000 Water Cleaner can be used in combination with any Martin Conveyor Belt Pre-Cleaner and/or Secondary Cleaner. The H2O-4000 Water Cleaner is available with optional water-spray bar to moisten the belt and improve cleaning efficiency.
