CINCINNATI, OH -- To minimize costly downtime, the ROTEX® Drive Head Service Program provides fast, reliable response to customers' screener drive head repair or replacement needs and a full two-year warranty on reconditioned drives.
Every reconditioned ROTEX drive head operating under normal conditions carries a two-year warranty because Rotex, Inc. uses only time-tested procedures and original factory quality components. Every phase of service is designed to provide the highest quality rebuilt drive head available, with quick turnaround times that reduce screener downtime.
Drive heads on ROTEX screeners are designed for long term, trouble-free service with minimal maintenance but eventually, depending on operating hours and conditions, the drive head will require service. Rotex offers three options for drive head replacement or repair: Drive Head Exchange, Reconditioning, or New Drive Service.
The ROTEX Drive Head Exchange Program offers you the option to replace current drives with reconditioned drives. Rotex will ship you a reconditioned drive from stock, and after installation of the reconditioned drive, you simply return your old drive to Rotex. ROTEX reconditioned drives include a full two-year warranty.
Rotex also offers the flexibility of reconditioning your current drive. Rotex can rebuild and return a drive with a full two-year warranty. If the screener requires a new drive, Rotex can provide a new or reconditioned drive for any model ROTEX screener from their fully stocked inventory.
In an emergency, Rotex provides immediate shipment of a stock drive head with the Emergency Exchange Service. Rotex will ship a reconditioned or new drive from stock. Later, after reconditioning the drive, the customer receives a credit for the salvage value of the returned drive. Emergency breakdown service is available 24 hours-a-day.
The Drive Head Service Program eliminates short rebuild life and mechanical problems stemming from in-plant repairs or independent rebuilders who do not use genuine ROTEX parts. Customers are assured that experienced Rotex factory personnel using only genuine ROTEX parts are rebuilding screener drives.
To obtain rebuild service, simply notify Rotex of your intention to return a drive head by calling (513) 541-1236. Rotex will issue a Return Goods Authorization number and provide an immediate quote. Before shipment, drain the oil, clean the exterior and ship prepaid to Rotex, Inc, 1230 Knowlton St., Cincinnati OH 45223.
Rotex will disassemble the drive, perform an inspection and replace all required parts, including the gears and internal bearings, to return the drive head to like-new condition.
