Centerville, MN - Very heavy-duty, dual bulk bag unloader from HAF makes high rate systems run faster. By staging a bulk bag on beam and close to discharge hopper, fast bulk bag change outs are possible.
The 5" square tube frame is built in two pieces with upper and lower frame bolted together. Standard bag pan is mounted on a set of vibration isolators. Pan can be fitted with a vibrator and ForceFlo bag massager for promoting flow from even the most difficult powders.
An oversized spout access door has a single molded locking handle and round water tight door. Optional spout liner clamp is available for sanitary applications.
Modular design allows for the addition of process equipment install in frame. All welded construction with high quality fit, finish and attention to detail.
