Allegan, MI -- Unit provides a dust-tight discharge of chemical powders into an existing 46” high stir pot. Container is loaded via pallet jack at floor level, hydraulically sealed to a 304 stainless steel pour hood, then rotated 60° past horizontal, creating a seal against a custom pivoting sealing plate.
Once sealed, a slide gate is opened, releasing product into the stir pot. Unit features wash-down duty stainless steel construction with a #4 finish and continuous welds. The stainless steel unit can be custom designed for any size, weight or discharge height that you require.
