Toronto, Canada -- ARBO Engineering Inc., a world leader in resonant vibratory feeders introduces a portable batch filling station for the pharmaceutical, chemical and food industries.
ARBO batch filling stations are a complete system, where the feeder, hopper, controls and scale are all mounted on a heavy duty, electropolished 304SS frame, with casters for ease of motion – All contact surfaces are 316SS, with welds ground smooth, an ARBO AF-30 waterproof stainless steel vibratory drive and a complete wash down rated assembly which allows for quick cleaning and quick material change over. The hopper attaches to the frame by way of quick connect clamps and the scale is height adjustable to accommodate for a variety of containers requiring filling.
The system is controlled by the simple to use and accurate Hardy 3010 controller and can be programmed with dozens of batch recipes for simple operator interface and quick changeover from one ingredient to another.
The system is ideal for palletized materials, seeds, nuts, spices, most powders, flakes. Typical accuracies for 1 kg batch at a rate of 300/fills/hour are -0.0 grams, +5.0 grams.
Arbo was established in 1974 in Lugano, Switzerland with the introduction of the Arbo patented closed loop, resonant frequency vibratory feeder, the first device of its kind on the market. Due to the linearity and high turn down ratio of this type of vibratory feeder (up to 1,000:1 ratio), it is extremely accurate, even in volumetric mode.
