Centerville, MN - Self-contained vacuum loader is capable of precise batches of any sizes large or small. Designed for all tool-free quick take apart.
Features include an integrated live bin discharger that conditions and densifys powder for optimum presentation to integrated feeder. Module is mounted on scale with isolation frame and mounted vacuum producer.
Fill of module is done through gain-in-weight control methodology. Batching is done through loss-in-weight control. Flexible control of module enables batching of a wide range of powders from sluggish powder to free flowing carbon powder by managing fill and discharge volumes.
Modules can be set up as groups of six.
