Charlotte, NC -- MikroPul’s new PulsePro EC™ dust collector controller provides expanded capability: including remote monitoring — the ability to remotely check status and change the setpoints of baghouses from any computer on the internet (using the control’s built-in IP address) — as well as the ability to monitor multiple baghouses from one controller, which will provide economies for large plants. PulsePro EC can also send alarm emails to notify a remote operator of faults.
The easy-to-use PLC device seamlessly integrates pulse-jet timing, pressure gauging, leak detection, and other measurements. Benefits include lower installation and operating costs, reduced emissions, and automatic diagnostics such as locating failed solenoids, diaphragms, and filter leaks.
