Turnersville, NJ -- It's designed to remove the safety and ergonomic concerns associated with operators cutting open numerous paper bags and dumping them into a bag dump station. The operator simply places a bag to be discharged onto the system, activates the cutting mechanism and then operates the discharging mechanism until the bag is almost completely empty.
Due to the nature of paper bags, the operator will have to manually remove the final remaining amount of product from the bag by simply shaking the bag.
The system is designed with safety features that require the operator to have both hands on the control joysticks in order for the unit to function. This removes the operator’s hands from the system and the cutting blades.
All contact surfaces are 304 or 316 stainless steel construction. All surfaces are #4 finish.
