Belleville, NJ -- Aerocon’s new Bottom Drive Aero-Mechanical Conveyor with Bag Dump Station is designed for high through put of semi-free flowing powders like Talc and TiO2. The Bottom Drive unit offers longer life of the cable and is easier to maintain the drive end of the conveyor.
With an excellent tensioning system the Bottom Drive can be built up to 25’ long. Drawing on the extensive experience of powder handling Aerocon has introduced major improvements to the Aero-Mechanical Conveyor.
Clean-In-Place housings, independent tensioning and flood feed inlets have all been Aerocon innovations. The unique properties of a combination of fluidized and mechanically assisted conveying enables high transfer rates at low levels of power.
Aerocon was formed in 1994 to consolidate and improve the mechanical conveying section of its' parent company VAC-U-MAX. As a separate entity Aerocon now provides a range of mechanical conveyors, bulk bag handling equipment, bag dump stations and similar equipment that provide a filterless alternative for clients when transferring bulk solids and powders.
