The Model BRC is an efficient way to remove fines and carry-back material from a conveyor belt. This revolutionary new version allows the user to perform the installation, adjustment and service from one side of the conveyor.
The Model BRC utilizes proven brush cleaning technology. This conveyor belt cleaner uses an electric motor to drive a helical shaped, open face brush to remove build-up from conveyor belts. The mounting flange allows for chute installation, or the unit can be installed on the conveyor framework.
When mounted under the head pulley, the excess material is thrown into the discharge stream. The brush is self-cleaning and will not clog or load. Standard nylon bristles are durable, long lasting and easy to replace when required.
