Sao Paulo, Brazil -- For a large foundry in southern Brazil, Mavi has developed special Revitran conveyors, allowing the simultaneous chemical processing of castings. One of the suplementary tasks was to permit a 70 degrees "around the corner" outlet. Mavi developed a simple machine, which has a combined spring system, not requiring a complicated two sets system.
With this kind of assembly the castings travel only on one continuous lane, without interruptions or tumblings, turning the equipment very quite.
This conveyor also has a so-called "chemical" section, where castings are continuously spraied and also dried in a patended process developed by this foundry.
