Princeton, NJ -- Chilworth Technology, Inc. (Chilworth) today announced that it now provides physico-chemical testing services for Registration, Evaluation and Authorization of Chemicals (REACH) to ensure accurate classification for transportation of Substances of Very High Concern (SVHC) in the European Union (EU).
The EU REACH regulation requires that SVHC either be declared as such and reported to the European Chemicals Agency (ECHA) or replaced by less hazardous substances.
Chilworth services help US companies that export products or substances to the European Union identify the physico-chemical properties of SVHC. Chilworth can ensure that a company meets all EU regulatory requirements by providing documentation and preparation of Safety Data Sheets (SDS) for REACH compliance. This provides assurance to customers and regulators that REACH compliance has been attained.
