CINCINNATI, OH -- ROTEX, INC. is now offering screener refurbishing services from its headquarters in Cincinnati, Ohio. Refurbishing service can be performed at a fraction of the cost of a new machine, and result in a screener that is in "like new" condition.
The process includes disassembling the entire machine, replacing or reconditioning all the major components including the top cover, screen box, bottom pan, and screen frames, and then reassembly.
A refurbished machine is upgraded with the latest productivity enhancement features from ROTEX including compensating clamps, new automatic tensioning screen frame design, new top cover design, and improved sealing.
Customers can choose to have their entire machine refurbished or just the major components. In either case, the machine is returned to its original specifications resulting in optimal screening performance, backed by a full 1-year warranty.
