ALLENTOWN PA -- ASGCO Manufacturing Inc. has purchased all assets of Bassco Inc. located in Greenbay, Wisconsin. Terms were not disclosed.
ASGCO Manufacturing Inc., headquartered in Allentown, PA is a leading manufacturer and service provider of proprietary bulk conveyor components that enhance material flow performance. ASGCO is focused on providing the conveyor world material handling industry with “Complete Conveyor Solutions”.
Bassco is a manufacturer of specialized products for high angle incline conveyor systems and their products include, Stub Idlers, Guide Idlers, Stub Training Idlers, Dampening Roll Assemblies, Belt Beaters, Deflection Wheel Assemblies, Canti-Wheel Assemblies, Leveling Wheels and Special Engineering Designs. Bassco products will now be marketed under the “ASGCO” brand name and will be available to authorized ASGCO distributors and representatives worldwide.
Bill Woodward owner of Bassco will join ASGCO as Product Development Consultant.
