Albany, New Zealand -- Sealing Technology Ltd introduces the new Bulkpak 600 Post-gassing System, designed for modified atmosphere packaging of bulk bags 500-1000 kg. The small footprint of the machine makes it suitable for most applications, especially as a retrofit into existing packing lines.
The machine consists of a single station gasser and heat sealer suitable for sealing a wide range of barrier liners.
The machine is fabricated out of stainless steel and aluminium to Dairy Industry standards for packaging milk powder but is equally suitable for other foodstuffs. The Bulkpak 600 Post-gassing is a stand alone piece of equipment with its own controls and offers:
-Short cycle time (approx 3min) depending on product and bag size
-De-aerates and settles product (especially important for flexible bulk bags)
-Uses minimum Nitrogen
-Accepts standard barrier liners and eliminates the need for costly filter/valve attachments
-Heat sealed by reliable, industry proven sealing technology
-Compact and operator friendly design
-Additional C.I.P. system is available
-With the push of a button the operator can isolate the vacuum pump and allow the system to test for leaks
