Vancouver, WA -- Columbia Machine's HL8000 high level palletizer is designed to provide high-speed performance, coupled with careful handling capabilities to stack even the most delicate beverage products; from cases, trays and fridge-friendly packs, to shrink-film with pad or shrink film only.
The HL8000’s soft turning conveyor section uses variable frequency drives to turn and arrange beverage cases with no product impact. The modular layer accumulation sections are used to obtain speeds up to 150 cases per minute (CPM) while palletizing 12-pack beverage cases in 16-case patterns. Additional features include the latest programmable logic and motion controls for easy operation. A variable-speed, servo-driven hoist provides precise control while obtaining high speeds and ensuring careful product handling.
Like all Columbia machinery, the HL8000 palletizer features rugged, heavy-duty construction, and is designed for easy maintenance. It also features a clean design for sanitary food environments.
