Our primary line offers a ruggedly built low profile design with low maintenance direct drive for highly accurate and dependable metering of powders, pellets, flakes, and agglomerates. Most applications utilize an AC variable frequency drive, 230 or 460 VAC, 3 phase non-proprietary motor.
When used in conjunction with our Allen Bradley PLC based Model BRC-623 Batch – Rate Controller and a load cell weighing platform, we provide excellent Batch, Rate and or Rate to Batch control. The BRC-623 includes inputs and outputs to control auxiliary equipment such as vibrators on feeder hopper, Refill gates, and Discharge equipment such as down stream conveyors or mixers. The PLC based controller provides various options for communicating to other in-plant control systems.
