Low Profile : New In-Line Crushers for Pneumatic Conveying

Kenilworth NJ -- The cutting blades of the new Flow-Sentry In-Line Crushers intermesh with a series of stationary bars to crush and break oversize chunks into a consistent, free-flowing material to prevent line blockages and make downstream operations more efficient.

Also, it increases the available product surface area which allows reactive processes (mixing, melting, dissolving, etc.) to occur more quickly and completely.

The extremely low profile design, as little as 2-inches, in some cases, of this patented crusher makes installation into existing systems easy. For example, the Flow-Sentry can be installed in vertical or horizontal pipelines from 2" to 20" diameter and is suitable for gravity, liquid or pneumatic (dry powder) systems. Most materials of construction and numerous design options are available.
