New, Easy Clean Rotary Airlock

Centerville, MN - All cast stainless steel rotary airlock Models HRV4 and HRV8 are all quick take apart for easy cleaning. Airlocks are drop in replacements for popular competitors models, having the same height and flange patters. Existing systems can now be retro-fitted with new valve without the need for expensive plant modifications.

Process systems that are at allergen risk or must be changed over quickly can updated with these new valves. EZ slide rotor assist mechanism makes access and cleaning simple and safe. Seals are air purge riding on hard chromed seal journals. Bearings are heavy duty and outboard mounted. Existing drives will direct bolt on to new valve.
