Hot Messages from the Help Forum

People post their requests for help and offer their suggestions to others in our open forum.

Mr. DeJong needs a way to unload bags:

I'm looking for a debagger system for both; a semi powder polymer and a semi stiff polymer. Both are in 20KG capacity paper bags that get dumped into a grinder and then blended.  The semi powder pours out of the bags and the other comes out like a pillow (the bag shape). Polymer leaves a sticky residue over repeated dumping.

Am trying to relieve the ergonomic/physical strain from operators that pull bag off of skid and then manually cut bags and dump product. Very high degree of repetitive movement and time consuming.

Mr. Putnam needs to fill cartridges:

I am looking for macroporous resin-bead filling machine. Its a strong acid cation resin - it holds some amount of moisture. I am looking for an easy way to fill a consistent amount of resin in cartridges
