Manufacturers Rely on Vacuum
Conveying Systems
Belleville,
NJ -- With an ever increasing intensity to improve
manufacturing operations a growing number of processors are
turning to customizable ready-to-go pneumatic conveying
systems that are pre- packaged to deliver flexibility,
integration and efficiency to their operation.
Visit
us at the PTXi Show in Booth #7625
Users
of vacuum conveying systems often assume they need a custom,
one-of-a-kind solution when their application actually calls
for a pre-engineered product that offers option capabilities
to best fit their application.
From
innovative systems to transfer chemicals for wastewater
treatment plants including Potassium Permanganate and Alum
to food packaging and reloading applications as well as
pharmaceutical packages such as Tablet Press Loading systems
that are complete, ready-to-operate systems for mounting on
customers' presses.
VAC-U-MAX combines modern electronic technology with
innovative mechanical and pneumatic design to customize
pneumatic handling systems that perform sophisticated
operations with little human assistance, deliver
flexibility, integration and efficiency that have long been
sought after.
The
primary technology for conveying is vacuum, but positive
pressure pneumatic systems as well as mechanical conveyors
are used as applications dictate.
For
more information about pre-engineered customizable pneumatic
systems and support equipment for conveying, weighing and
batching of dry materials visit VAC-U-MAX at the PTXi Show

New Filling System for Bulk
Bags, Boxes and Drums
Perkasie,
PA -- Finally a filling system that can accommodate most of
the common container types such as gaylord boxes, bulk bags
or open top drums. The low profile scale platform allows for
loading and unloading with pallet trucks.
Vibration system isolated with inflatable air bags isolates
vibration and allows for very quick densification of the
product in the container. Rotating removable chute controls
the filling of up to four drums in sequence. Unit includes
four pneumatically actuated release hooks to hold bulk bag
straps and includes an inflatable seal for the bulk bag fill
chute.
Allen
Bradley PLC with operator touch screen interface gives the
operator all the control they need for accurate filling and
selection of features as needed. The operator simply selects
the Mode of operation and the specific parameters are put
into place.
Standard unit requires 120 VAC and 80 PSI plant air
connections. Placing two units side by side allows for
almost continuous filling of containers and the controller
includes diverter controls to switch product from one stand
to another once filling is completed.
System
is designed to be portable via fork truck so it can easily
be moved from station to station as needed.

I was wondering if you had a

I already know how to
