Mr. Laplante needs a high temp screw conveyor bearing

Hi, one of my customer got a lot of problems with hanger bearing and shaft on screw conveyor... they handle a really fluffy and really abrasive product (dust) and it's also a really hot product, can go up to 370° F in some case.

Dust goes inside the insert and wear shaft and insert at the same time. Did a really good seal type bearing insert can do the job or do you have any others suggestion for me.

Thanks,
Pete Laplante

Addressing Common Airlock Issues
Guest article by Cem Brinckley
Rotary Airlock, LLC

Though seemingly a small item in the overall picture, an airlock’s failure could result in something as subtle (but still costly) as a loss of efficiency – or the complete shutdown of a production line. It is important, then, to make sure the airlocks are properly functioning and maintained to bring maximum efficiency and run-time to the manufacturing process... (Click here for more)
