DMV Westinghouse Acquires Kemutec
------------------------------------------------------------
DMN Holding NV, 100% owner of DMN Machinefabriek Noordwijkerhout
BV (brand name DMN Westinghouse) acquires the shares (100%)
of Kemutec Group Limited, in the UK and the USA.
DMN is a manufacturer and exporter of components for the
bulk solids handling industry, like rotary valves and
diverter valves. Kemutec Group Ltd. is a manufacturer and
exporter of Sifters, Kibblers, Cone Mills and Fine Grind
Universal Mills, Blenders and Processors, Iris Diaphragm
Valves, Disc Valves and other products for the bulk solids
handling industries.
With their complimentary programs, both companies increase
their services to the market.
The acquisition concerns the product lines Mucon (Iris
Diaphragm Valves), Kek (Sifters and Size Reduction Equipment),
Gardner (Mixers and Blenders) and packages based around
these core components.
Both DMN and Kemutec are specifically involved in the
production of components. The systems division, Braby-Fuller,
is not included in the acquisition.
The companies DMN and Kemutec will cooperate closely in
the future development of products and markets, but remain
operating separately in their respective areas of expertise.
The management expect to increase their total sales and
market shares, especially in Europe, USA and the Pacific
Rim.
As a result of the expansion of the product programs of
and synergy between both companies, a larger number of
products is created to serve our customers and a wider
market reach will be achieved.

Three Decades of Service in the Golden Triangle Area
------------------------------------------------------------
As the new millennium unfolds, Global Terminaling Services
(Global), located in Port Arthur, Texas, celebrates thirty
years of quality service for industries located in the Golden
Triangle Area. A subsidiary of Kansas City Southern Railroad,
Global has endured three decades of change. Until recently,
Global was known as Pabtex Terminal Company, and prior to
that, TOPCO. Changing the name of the facility was one of
the first items of business for new management, (Becon
International, Inc. and Material Handling Services, Inc.).
In order to rejuvenate the 30 year facility many other
changes were implemented by Steven Childers, Terminal
Manager, and his staff of 30 employees.
Ground breaking for the facility began in July 1969 and was
completed in December 1970. Since its inception, an
estimated 112 million tons of petroleum coke and other
solid fuels have been transloaded from unit train to ocean
vessel for export to world wide destinations.
Global, built on 80 acres is located in Port Arthur's
industrial park along the Sabine-Neches River. Capable of
receiving products by rail, truck and barge, Global, is
designed to unload a railcar in less than 3 minutes, and
load-out approximately 20,000 tons within 24 hours. Global
is permitted by TNRCC for 25 million ton per year of
throughput activity and has the capacity to store up to
1,200,000 ton of materials.
Global Terminaling Services will continue to uphold the high
standards of its parent company, Kansas City Southern, and
to maintain a clean and safe environment for its employees,
the business and residential communities of the Golden
Triangle Area.

Small Businesses: Make Your Website Stand Out from the Crowd
------------------------------------------------------------
BOCA RATON, FL (INB)-- If you're IBM, General Motors or
Netscape, you don't have to worry about people finding your
website or knowing about your new products or services. But
what if you're one of the thousands of small independent
companies selling products and services to businesses without
the advantage of a well-known name? What can you do to make
your prospects and customers come back to your site again and
again? The answer is a new product from SalesDoctors Inc., the
publishers of SalesDoctors Magazine < http://salesdoctors.com
>.
Called Maximum Results Online Salesletters, this weekly on-line
publication helps companies attract business decision
makers. And because these visitors find the information so
valuable, they'll continue to visit the site again and again.
"We know decision makers are hungry for new ideas that can
help them grow their businesses," says Art Siegel, Publisher
of SalesDoctors Magazine. "Give them an idea on how to
increase revenue, an idea that they can put to work today,
and you've given them a valuable resource.
"In Maximum Results, we've repackaged some of our strongest
sales content into a format that will help small businesses
draw the very people they want to their website," Siegel
continued. "Of course, these decision makers are coming to
the site for these great ideas, which is the perfect time
for them also to learn more about products and services our
customers are offering."
Each issue of The Maximum Results SalesLetters contains:
-Five to six proven, how-to tips on sales, customer service
or marketing
-An in-depth feature
In addition, Maximum Results customers get:
-A customized masthead with their own company logo, contact
information and tag line
-Controlled password access, open only to individuals they
authorized
"We added the password control option to the newsletter.
That way, our customers could have their visitors sign up
before reaching the newsletters. The sign-up program gives
our customers vital information that they can use in
additional marketing campaigns," says Donna Siegel, Vice
President, Sales. "Best yet, Maximum Results On-line
SalesLetters are priced to be affordable for small
companies, often less than they are currently paying in
advertising or direct mail efforts to keep their company
visible to these same people."
On-line since July 1995, SalesDoctors Magazine is an
award-winning site for information about selling any
product. Each Monday morning brings a new issue of 10 to
12 fresh articles from the works of more than 150 leading
experts. In addition, visitors have free access to the
magazine's archives of more than 1,400 articles. 100,000
people per month currently read SalesDoctors Magazine.
