What type of system is best for soda ash rail car unloading?
Dense phase? Dilute phase? And how can moisture that gets
into unloading system be removed? Thanks...

Geoff Manuphand of Belgium writes:
I wonder if somebody could give me a low-budget solution
to load a silotruck with powders of 200 mesh. The problem is
the fact that there are lumps in the material which can't be
loaded into the silo. We already tried a vibrating screen of
5 mm but it seems to stop the flow of the product. Are there
any other possibilities (breaking, suction,...?)
Thanks in advance,
Geoff Manuphand,

Can you offer assistance? If so, please feel free to contact
Tim or Geoff directly at their email address.
