Wegmeyer delivered the overall World Cup victory in the last race

At the World Cup final in Knoxfeld, Carinthia, Wegmeier was beaten only by Czech Besl Cihasek in the giant slalom. In the Super-G he was again a top Austrian, finishing fourth behind Switzerland's Bjorn Walter and two Czechs. In the slalom, which was won again by Czech Cihasek, Wegmayer was eliminated in the first round. Steyer finished second in the overall World Cup standings, 27 points behind three-time season winner Cihasek. For the overall win, Wegmeyer, who was still leading before the end of the season, had to finish “only” ahead of Cihasek in the final slalom.

In the women's category, Pia Joster was the second-best Austrian in the giant slalom in fourth place, just behind Lower Austria's Iris Leinhardt, and sixth in the super-G, just behind Styrian Julian Knauss. Victoria Zoster finished ninth and tenth in these races. Victoria won the Zoster family battle in the slalom. She is fifth and Pia is sixth. In the final results, Pia Zoster finished third behind two Czech players. Victoria Zoster landed in eleventh place.
